Janis has also owned her Real Estate Company as JB Real Estate Consultants for over 30 years.
She is most proud of co-hosting a community radio show called Home and Finance Show which airs on Saturdays from 1-2 on 1310 A.M, 92.7 FM, and 95.1 FM. Her most recent community outreach of the Home and Finance Show is now shown on WHMB, channel 40 on Tuesdays from 9-9:30 A.M.
